Work with us

Bring us the decision in front of you.

The guides and reports explain how these decisions work in general. When it is your plant, your land, or your company, we work through it with you: what the options are, what each one costs, what could go wrong, and what to do next. If you don't need us, we will say so.

What we help with

Six situations we see most.

How it works

  1. A first conversation. A short call to understand the decision, the timeline, and whether we are the right help. No obligation.
  2. A Deal Read. A written recommendation on one decision: proceed, restructure, pause, or walk away, with the reasoning and the next steps. It typically takes about ten business days once the key materials are in hand. Scope and fee are set in a written proposal before work begins.
  3. Carrying it through. When the answer is to proceed, we can help with what comes next: site selection, pre-development, financing, and putting the deal together. Each stage is scoped separately.

Who does the work

Advisory work is done through Arkvera Grove Partners, Redchip's advisory practice, led by Daniel Sexton. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Dan is also a partner in Vanguard Industrial Partners, a design-build developer. If Vanguard could have a role in your project, we will tell you at the start, and the choice of who builds is yours. See disclosure.
